What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

When your order is delivered, please check the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage—even to the outer box—make a note of it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot open the package at the time of delivery but suspect it may be damaged, write “suspected damage” when signing.
